Katarzyna Arkusińska recommends a homemade sugar scrub. How to do it? It is very simple.
- Take a jar and pour large crystal sugar, leaving 1/4 free space on the top.
- Then slowly pour favorite cosmetic oil (coconut, jojoba, argan or simple olive oil or linseed oil), so that it gets mixed with sugar.
- Finally, add a few drops of essential oil – of any scent, depending on your preferences.
When the scrub is ready, put it on your skin, massage it, and then wash it off with a stream of cool water.
