Conditions

• Miles can only be awarded to Miles & More cardholders if they have checked into the hotel themselves. Miles are only awarded for the room occupied by the actual cardholder

• The Miles & More card must be shown upon arrival

• The bill must be settled locally by the guest before departure

• The miles will be credited per stay. A stay is defined as one or more consecutive overnight stays in the same hotel, even if the nights are booked separately

• The miles will be automatically credited to the cardholder's account around four weeks after the stay and will be processed on a monthly basis

• Premium miles can only be awarded for corporate contract rates that are booked directly with the hotel, through a corporate travel agent or through the hotel's own website

• Direct bookings with the hotel or bookings through the hotel's own website (with the exception of special offers, employee rates and travel agent rates) are generally credited at the premium rate

• Bookings made through third parties (wholesalers, travel agents) and/or special rates (group tariffs etc.) are not eligible for mileage credit

• It is not possible to collect miles for several frequent flyer programmes at the same time
