Rupert Simoner is CEO of Vienna House Hotelmanagement GmbH since the 1st of September 2014. He is responsible for the focus and future of the company as well as the development and operation of new hotel projects worldwide.

Martin Ykema has been working as Chief Operating Officer at Vienna House since the 1st of September 2013 and is responsible for the operational management of all hotels of the hotel group.

Johanna Weichselbaumer has been working as Chief Finacial Officer at Vienna House since the 1st of June 2017 and her responsibilities include the overall management of the entire financial and legal department. Johanna Weichselbaumer is also the managing director of all subsidiaries and therefrom a counterpart for investor relations, shareholders, banks and contractual partners.

Daniel Ross is Chief Investment Officer of Vienna House Hotelmanagement GmbH since the 1st June 2017. In his dual function as CIO of Vienna House and BTS Group, he is responsible to further grow the company through investments in suitable purchases of individual properties, entire portfolios, as well as capital markets activities.
