The entire share capital of Vienna House is held by Vienna House Capital, the Austrian subsidiary of Thailand’s U City PCL (U City), with headquarters in Vienna.
U City is a listed Thai commercial property company. The main shareholder of U City is the BTS Group, one of Thailand’s top publicly listed companies with a diverse portfolio covering mass transit, property development, construction management, media, food & beverage and services. Both companies own hotels in Thailand.
