The conference centre at Vienna House Andel's Lodz is located on the ground floor, on the left side of the reception, at the end of the corridor. It includes 7 conference rooms: each can be divided in half to adjust the setting to the formula of the meeting. In this way, space for smaller events like the board meetings, trainings, seminars is created (rooms Cotton, Velour, Velvet, Silk, Damask and Cashmere). The largest Satin room and the extensive foyer enable you to organize large events: conferences, congresses, convents – all in the unique, industrial interiors of the old textile factory in Lodz!

A separate part of the conference space at the Vienna House is the hotel ballroom located on the 4th floor, unique in the whole of Lodz. It is nearly 1000 m2 big and is bipartite, so it is possible to only use half of it. It opens onto a spacious foyer with a bar and banquet kitchen – you can provide your guests with a served meal or choose buffet stations. The room has access to daylight thanks to two rows of windows, but can be completely blacked out and you can choose from a variety of coloured event lighting options. Several lifts (including a freight lift in the back) allow convenient communication with the ground floor.

This versatile event space can serve as a venue for fashion shows, art events, exhibitions, galas or product promotions – even for the automotive industry. Thanks to the freight lift, you can even bring a car of up to 8 tons upstairs (or an elephant – your choice). At the same time, it is the largest banquet hall in Lodz, ideal for large-scale events for large groups. For smaller gatherings or private events, the conference rooms, the spacious restaurant rooms on the ground floor or the banquet suites are ideal.

At your disposal are 3 rooftop terraces (available from May to September). The largest extends along the skySPAce centre – it can accommodate even 200 people and gives great setting options, but it is unroofed, so the weather must favor. The second, smaller, adheres to the SkyFLY bar and its gastronomic facilities, which allows for greater freedom to plan the culinary part of the event. This terrace will accommodate 60-100 people depending on the setting and is available only on selected days. Finally, the third is the private terrace of the two-storey presidential suite. Book it when you want a spectacular effect!
