Vienna, 24.05.2018  – Vienna House has signed the lease agreement with Argo Capital for the new Vienna House Easy Airport Frankfurt in Raunheim.

Construction of the hotel project is scheduled to begin in mid/end of 2019. The grand opening is planned for the fourth quarter of 2020.

With the signing of the lease agreement for the new project in Raunheim near the Frankfurt Airport, Vienna House further consolidates its presence on the German market. The new hotel will offer 200 rooms in three categories, including 20 city apartments.

“Raunheim is ideal for the Vienna House Easy line. This is a place where mobility and a modern hotel concept go well together,” says Rupert Simoner, CEO of Vienna House, adding: “In Argo Capital, we have found the right partner for us who stands behind our concept and with whom we can imagine additional developments in the future.” The hotel in Raunheim will be the 19th Vienna House Easy in Europe.

Vienna House Easy Airport Frankfurt is the second Vienna House project in the region. The Vienna House in the picturesque town of Kronberg im Taunus is scheduled to open in 2019.
