  • Sandberg - sand and sea in Bratislava

  • Ganymede's fountain

    In the center of the city, right on Hviezdoslav Square, there is the Neo-Baroque Ganymede fountain. It embellishes the entrance to the historic Slovak National Theater. This work of art was made by the Slovak sculptor Viktor Tilgner, who was inspired by the Italian park of Villa d'Este in Tivoli. Did you know? The fountain portraits an antique Greek myth about a boy called Ganymede, who was kidnapped by Zeus and transphormed into an eagle!

  • The Blue Church on Bezručova Street

    The Blue Church is a sacred building in Bratislava's Old Town, which originally served as a school chapel. The church is consecrated to Elizabeth of Hungary, the daughter of King Ondrej II of Hungary. The church nowadays is her symbolic mausoleum. Its unusual appearance and its beautiful interiors attract every day hundreds of tourists, as well as the inhabitants of Bratislava. It is also a popular location for special occasions such as weddings and baptisms.

  • Majestic Bratislava

    Bratislava's city landmark, the castle, is perched 85 m high above the Danube. Once the seat of the Great Moravian Empire, today it is used by parliament on official occasions, and is home to the Slovak National Museum. From the castle you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city and its environs. The Reduta Concert Hall is in the immediate vicinity.

  • Bratislava Old Town

    Marvel at the myriad of historic buildings as you wander through the old town and perhaps linger a while in one of the many bars and cafés. The Old Town Hall in the main square, which originally comprised three different buildings, is particularly attractive. The only remaining gate of the medieval fortification is Michael's Gate, which is well worth the climb.

    Take bus no. 61 or 63 from the railway station towards Avion shopping park and alight here. Pass the shopping centre (approx. 6 mins. walk) and turn left, then continue towards the hotel.

  • From the north/south/east:
    Take the Trnavka/Avion exit and turn left at IKEA. Take the first exit at the roundabout: you will see the hotel in front of you.

  • From the west:
    Take the Trnavka/Avion exit and pass the hotel on your right-hand side. Then turn right and right again to get to the hotel.

In the Vienna House Easy Bratislava there are 114 parking spaces for guests' use. The parking fee is 1 EUR per hour and max 7 EUR a day.
