Jogging along the river Weser or a bike tour through the city – Bremen has a lot to offer if you want to keep moving. On the hotel’s ground floor, you will also find an indoor fitness area with LifeFitness machines and video trainers. There’s cardio machines like cross trainers, weights and a weight training bench, mats and exercise balls for your functional training exercises.
