  • BERNATEK'S FOOTBRIDGE - THE LOVE BRIDGE IN CRACOW

    Cracow: the city of love! By bicycle, scooter or by foot? All sightseeing methods are allowed in Cracow. And when you travel with your other half, go from Podgórze to Kazimierz through Father Bernatek's Footbridge – a favourite place for couples. You will find there: thousands of lovers' padlocks, nine acrobat figures balancing on the ropes and beautiful LED lighting in the evening. Just the perfect place for lovers!

    A unique cafe and community centre located in Kazimierz, the Cracow district, run by the Jewish Culture Festival. Cheder is a place where you can enjoy wonderful coffee brewed in finjan (an original Israeli crucible) and aromatic tea, and, what is more, all visitors can taste the best snacks inspired by Middle Eastern cuisine. However, one should remember that Cheder is not only a cafe, but also a free reading room. Books constitute an important element of this place.

  • CRACOW FOR THE FEARLESS

    Not for the faint-hearted, Lost Soul Alley is an interactive museum dedicated to the basic human emotion, fear. It's still great fun and a big hit with visitors. For souvenir shopping, the area around Rynek Główny square is recommended.

    For over 600 years, a bugle call, delivered from the tower of St. Mary's Church, has marked the passing of every hour, a custom entirely unique to Cracow. Only four female portraits by Renaissance master Leonardo da Vinci exist worldwide and the most beautiful of them – Lady with an Ermine hangs in Cracow for all to admire.

  • THE KAZIMIERZ DISTRICT

    Cracow is characterised by numerous Jewish buildings. Thanks to the film Schindler's List (and the fact that the Enamel factory has been opened to the public) the Kazimierz Jewish quarter has been extensively renovated. Numerous tours are available on which you can learn about the history and inhabitants of the quarter.

  • SACRED CRACOW

    No visit would be complete without a tour of the churches of Cracow, which illustrate how the city has developed over the centuries. Don't miss the Franciscan Church, the Wawel Cathedral or the Church of St. Peter and St. Paul.

  • CRACOW EXCURSIONS

    If you have time for a day trip out of Cracow, take a tour of the Wieliczka Salt Mines, where you'll find chambers carved out of rock salt, eerie underground salt lakes, unique salt sculptures and a sumptuous network of rooms. Explore 3 km of labyrinthine corridors, climb 800 steps and descend to the darkest depths, 135 metres below the earth's surface – what are you waiting for!

  • LANCKORONA

    The little village of Lanckorona, just 30 km from Cracow, is famous for its romantic flair. Warm up with a cup of hot coffee on the market square before strolling to the castle. Enjoy the time spent with your loved one in the fresh air of the surrounding woods.

  • From the main railway station:
    Are you arriving by train? When you arrive at Dworzec Glowny station, take tram no. 4, 14, 20 or 52 and alight at Rondo Mogilskie. The stop is just 200 m from the hotel.

By air

  • From Cracow (Balice) Airport:
    The airport is only 15 km away. An express shuttle train operates to and from the airport. Take bus no. 208 or 292 to Dworzec Glowny train station. If you are arriving at night, take nightbus no. 902. When you arrive at Dworzec Glowny station, take tram no. 4, 5, 9, 10 or 15, and alight at Rondo Mogilskie. The stop is just 200 m from the hotel.

By car

  • From the south:
    Coming from Zakopane exit the Zakopianka and take the exit in the direction of Cracow East/Lagiewniki with A4/E40. Go along Zbigniew Herbert, George Turowicza road then turn onto the Second Ring Road towards Rondo Mogilskie in Cracow. Turn right at Przy Rondzie Street . The hotel will be on your right.

  • From the north:
    Coming from Warsaw exit the DK7 motorway onto route E77/S7, DK7, E77/S7 and DK7 to 29 Listopada . Then turn onto the Second Ring Road towards Rondo Mogilskie in Cracow. Turn right at Przy Rondzie Street. The hotel will be on your right.

  • From the west:
    Coming from Wrocław, exit the A4 motorway onto route DK7/DK79/E77. After about 8.5 km turn onto the Second Ring Road towards Rondo Mogilskie in Cracow. Turn right at Przy Rondzie Street. The hotel will be on your right.

  • From the east:
    Coming from Rzeszów exit the A4 motorway onto route S7. After about 2.5 km turn onto the Second Ring Road towards Rondo Mogilskie in Cracow. Turn right at Przy Rondzie Street. The hotel will be on your right.
