Joh,
the explorer!

Joh's an expert in finding new and exciting places where kids can have fun. There's so much to discover in and around Günzburg. Here are Joh's favourite places:

  • We love Lego®!

Just 10 minutes from the hotel by car, a world of over 50 million Legos was built here in Günzburg one brick at a time. An awe-inspiring sight for both young and old. Many fantastic attractions are waiting for the whole family at Legoland® Germany. The theme park is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, which means that you can expect lots of parties and special occasions this year.

  • A fantastic indoor adventure

The indoor playground at KikiMondo adventure land in Günzburg has lots of fun in store for all sorts of weather. The Children's South Sea Paradise welcomes scurvy pirates and daring athletes in two enormous halls. The little ones can fight their way through the climbing jungle, have fun on the wobbly hill and play on the pirate's ship. The really little ones can just dive into the ball pit.

  • Pack your swim trunks!

Summer is just around the corner - time to head down to the outdoor pool. Does your kid know how to swim? Then this is the place for you! The forest pool in Günzburg offers loads of fun and an enormous children's playground. Of course, there's also a non-swimmer's pool in case you're still practising. Good to know: There's free admission for kids under the age of six.

  • For cave explorer

Here's your chance to visit a real cave and finally learn the difference between stalagmites and stalactites. On a journey back in time through Charlotte’s Cave, everyone becomes a cave explorer. Listen to what the rocks have to say – they’ve quite some stories to tell! Dinosaurs and other fossil creatures are especially interesting for kids. The best thing: the cave and the exhibition are open all year round.
