The promotion lasts until the end of October 2020, i.e. to take advantage of the discount, you must book your next stay on viennahouse.com by that time and use a special code. You will receive a coupon with the code when the Holiday Voucher is redeemed at the hotel reception. You can plan your stay until the end of 2021 in all Vienna House hotels in Poland.

To use the Voucher, book your stay at Vienna House: by phone, e-mail, website or on-site at the hotel. When making the reservation specify thet you’ll be paying with the Voucher and provide its number – this will make the procedure easier. For non-refundable rates, the full cost of the stay will be blocked on your payment card – this will be reduced by the value of the Voucher when you settle it at the hotel.

The Voucher will be settled at check-in: simply show the code you will receive by text at the reception desk – the Voucher will be verified in the system and will reduce the bill amount. You can also use only part of the value of the Voucher for payment and leave the rest in your account – it is up to you.

Please note: the condition for settling the Voucher is to arrive with a child.

All you have to do now is enjoy the attractions of Warsaw. You can use the Voucher to pay for accommodation and other hotel services (excluding alcohol), as long as it’s all on a joint bill.
