Homemade strawberry ice cream
Ingredients:
400g Greek yoghurt
8-10 strawberries
some agave nectar -
Step 1
To make the strawberry yoghurt ice cream popsicle, start by blending the strawberries using a handheld blender. Now stir the yoghurt with some agave nectar until it is smooth.
-
Step 2
Fill an ice cream form about 2/3 full, then spread the strawberry mixture onto the form and stir carefully to let the juice blend slightly with the yoghurt. Freeze for about 1 hour before inserting the wooden popsicle sticks. Put back in the freezer for several hours - or overnight for the best results.
-
Tip
If you like your ice cream a bit crunchy, you could add some crunch or coconut flakes to the yoghurt.
